Richard Koski Honored

At the Christmas meeting of the Finger Lakes Finns, held on December 18, 2005, Richard Koski was honored for his selection by the Finlandia Foundation as Performer of the Year for 2005.
Richard has traveled the United States playing his one and two-row button accor-dions and harmonica, performing concerts in Denver, Philadelphia, Marquette, Seattle, Berkeley, San Fran-cisco, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.
We are especially proud of Richard, and honored him with a plaque, which had his picture and was engraved with his name and information detailing his participation as the Finlandia Foundation’s Performer of the Year.
Congratulations again, Richard; and thanks for putting the Finger Lakes Finns on the map!
